SAN CLEMENTE AQUATICS ON THE RISE AGAIN!
Congratulations to the entire SCA team on a fantastic Junior Olympic meet this past weekend! The team descended upon the JO meet on Wednesday, setting the tone right away with a new Junior National cut by Quinn Birtles and a team record by Brad Prolo. SCA didn't stop there. The next four days were filled with finals swims by many, several new team records and relays that destroyed the field. The weekend culminated with an impressive sixth place finish which was a huge improvement from 15th at this meet a year ago! The team scored just under 1,000 points which is four times the amount of points scored a year ago. A sixth place finish out of more than 35 teams at this meet and a second place finish at the JO Max meet a week ago are just two of many reasons that the entire SCA family has reason to celebrate and be proud! Congrats to each and every member of the team as you are ALL a part of the success! Way to go SCA!!
